I am a free lance Trainer, Project Manager (PMP®) and Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) with experience in the field of managerial training.  As a trainer, I have coordinated teams and designed training programs, and also acquired good skills in classroom management.  As a project manager, I have applied tools and methods that proved extremely helpful when working towards achieving objectives and meeting project deadlines.  I have also managed relations with stakeholders in an international environment.  Recently, while on a two-year assignment in Bucharest, Romania, I successfully managed two important strategic European projects on Quality in Education. As a PMP®, I am also member and a volunteer of the PMI® Project Management Institute, Central-Italy Chapter. I am a lecturer at the Rome Business School and co-author of the book "Il Professionista di Business Analysis - Guida alla certificazione PMI-PBA®"
